My goal with Portland HR Pro is that it become a resource of HR related information that provides some element of unique value to others.  It is certainly a work in progress. 

I maintain a great day-job that I do not want to lose!  So, consultant work is out...but I have always felt that sound practices and good ideas are best when shared. So, in time, I hope to realize my goal of this website becoming a repository of helpful information, especially for HR Newbies, and the small business person who has no HR staff.

As always, I've spent my career demonstrating to executive leadership that I am Operations-Friendly HR!   That need not stop now.  Regards,
