I have over 12-years hands on HR and Management experience.  I've been a HR Leader in various multi- site, and corporate settings, in both small privately held, and large public Fortune 500, and Fortune Fastest Growing Companies.

I earned a double-baccalaureate in Political Science and Communication from Southern Oregon University, and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Oregon State University.
